League setup problems

League setup needs to be updated: - need to be able to go back and add seasons to existing league so I don't need to create a new one each time - can't properly set the tee box you want to use - green speed options are terrible - the new update has changed several features of an existing league we had created - bunker penalty is impossible, not realistic - i like the putting line, you should be able to turn it on/off
