Handicap Tracking

There should be an app that allows us to scan a QR code or sign in for each player to live-track their handicaps. It would be helpful to monitor everyone's progress in my golf league. Additionally, having scores updated in this way would eliminate the need for me to take a picture of each player's scorecard every time.
