Bushnell LPi Updating Firmware

Can you make a public statement about the LPi and how the app does not work to update the device. Also make the temporary firmware updater public with instructions while the app is being fixed. There is barely any info on the LPi out there and when you go to the firmware instructions on the LPi support page, it shows update instructions for a Launch pro or gc3.
